Marketing Coordinator 

Reporting to: CEO

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (5 days). 

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 

Start: a.s.a.p.

About the role

We are a small organisation with big impact and we're looking for someone to fill this key role in our team. We’re looking for someone with a passion and flair for marketing and the ability to be involved in all aspects to grow the reach and engagement with our brands, initiatives and services. Being a small team, we need an all-rounder who is as comfortable devising the marketing and communication strategy as they are delivering it. Producing content, posting, gathering material and writing copy for several different audiences under several different brands. This is a real opportunity to be creative and coordinate how our organisation communicates with its audiences..

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a business wide, multi product, multi-channel marketing strategy & plan
  • Produce creative (images, video, text) and post on multiple social media channels – 3 to 5 posts per week
  • Coordinate the business engagement on multiple social media channels
  • Produce and coordinate digital paid advertising
  • Produce and coordinate email marketing campaigns

Person specification

  • Able to offer ideas and topics to meet the marketing strategy and plan
  • Able to produce engaging content following company branding
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects and campaigns
  • Able to be creative in their copywriting skills
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy in terms of information released to the public
