Work for us

Why Work For Us?

Thanks for looking at the roles we have available at The Engineering Trust, Engineering Trust Training and the associated elements of our organisation.

My aim is to make sure The Engineering Trust and Engineering Trust Training Ltd are great organisations to work for. When working with us, I offer you opportunity, autonomy, development, challenge and reward with each team member playing an integral part in our mission. We’re growing and everyone is involved in developing our offering, taking every opportunity to develop our business and being ready to adapt as we take on more work.

We work hard to earn the trust of our apprentices, partner employers and other team members. We have an excellent depth of experience and knowledge that is used to maintain the highest standards of delivery and integrity. Like any team, at times we will get it right, at times we will get it wrong, we agree, disagree, annoy, and delight each other in pursuit of our aims. We celebrate together when we win and support each other when required; that is what being part of our team is all about.

Work with us, grow with us, help us unlock the potential of people training as engineers.
