Risk Assessment
This course is for managers, supervisors, mentors or anyone responsible for assessing Health and Safety risks in the workplace. The course also covers the ability to identify potential hazards in the workplace, use the 5 Step risk assessment process to eliminate or control identified hazards and to become familiar with the regulations relating to eliminating and controlling risk in the workplace.

Course Aims
By the end of the course attendees will have learnt to:
- Confirm employer responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and The Management of Health and Safety at Work 1999.
- Follow the 5 Step risk assessment process.
- dentify and understand risks in the workplace.
