CELEBRATING ENGINEERING
Celebrating Excellence in Apprenticeships and Engineering
Our Annual Awards, held in Oxfordshire and North Devon, provide a fantastic opportunity to recognise outstanding apprentices, the individuals who support and train them, and the employers who invest in their development.
Through our support of the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards, we celebrate the achievements of apprentices and the wider apprenticeship community across the county, shining a spotlight on those making a real difference through skills development and training.
Similarly, our support of the North Devon Manufacturing Awards enables us to recognise excellence within the manufacturing sector and celebrate the apprentices who are developing their careers within the region’s thriving industries.
We also partner with Lucy Electric to facilitate and judge the Oxfordshire High Sheriff Award for Engineering, recognising talented young people who demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm, ability and potential within the field of engineering.

We have proudly sponsored the Skills Champion Award for the past six years and always value the opportunity to meet the dedicated individuals who train apprentices and champion apprenticeships across Oxfordshire.
This category aligns perfectly with our mission and provides a fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate those who go above and beyond to support people as they take the next step in their education, training, or careers.
Through our sponsorship, we aim to highlight the outstanding work being carried out to develop skills, create opportunities, and build a highly skilled workforce for the future of Oxfordshire.
North Devon Manufacturers Association Awards
The Engineering Trust is proud to sponsor a category at the North Devon Manufacturers Association Awards because the awards celebrate the people and organisations that are driving success within the region’s manufacturing and engineering sectors.
The North Devon Manufacturers Association Awards provide an excellent opportunity to bring together employers, educators, apprentices, and industry professionals to celebrate innovation, commitment, and success. By supporting the awards, The Engineering Trust reinforces its commitment to strengthening local industry, championing skills development, and helping ensure the region continues to benefit from a highly skilled engineering workforce for years to come.
Oxfordshire High Sheriff Award for Engineering
We have supported the Oxfordshire High Sheriff Award for Engineering, in partnership with Lucy Group since its inception. Through this award, we celebrate those who demonstrate excellence, inspire others, and help develop the skills needed for the future. Working alongside Lucy Group, a long-standing and respected engineering business with deep roots in Oxfordshire, enables us to shine a spotlight on the talent, dedication, and innovation that exist throughout the region.
