A message from our CEO

Work with us.

Grow with us.

Help unlock the potential of people training as engineers.

Thank you for looking at the roles available at The Engineering Trust, Engineering Trust Training and the associated parts of our organisation.
My aim is to make sure The Engineering Trust and Engineering Trust Training Ltd are great organisations to work for. When working with us, I offer opportunity, autonomy, development, challenge and reward, with each team member playing an integral part in our mission.
We are growing, and everyone is involved in developing our offering, taking opportunities to improve our work and being ready to adapt as the organisation continues to develop.
We work hard to earn the trust of our apprentices, partner employers and colleagues. We use our experience and knowledge to maintain high standards of delivery and integrity.
Like any team, there will be times when we get things right and times when we learn from mistakes. We celebrate together when we succeed and support one another when needed.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

Safer Recruitment

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including references, right to work verification and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with Barred List check.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with dignity, fairness and respect. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.

Rehabilitation of Offenders

We are committed to fair and equitable recruitment practices and recognise the value that people with different life experiences can bring to our organisation. Applicants are encouraged to disclose any relevant convictions as part of the recruitment process. A criminal record will not automatically prevent employment; each case will be considered individually, taking into account the nature of the role and the circumstances of any offences disclosed.
