Ongoing Support, Guidance and Advice
Our Training Officers meet with both you and your apprentice every four weeks to review progress, provide guidance, and assess competence against the apprenticeship standard. We work closely with you to ensure workplace training and development opportunities are aligned with the apprenticeship requirements, helping apprentices build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.
Our team, based either at our Academy or through our subcontracted college partner in Devon, work to deliver high-quality day-release training that complements workplace learning. This integrated approach ensures apprentices receive a consistent and relevant learning experience that supports both their professional development and progression within your business.

Annual payroll over £3 million
Employers with an annual payroll of more than £3 million can use funds from their Growth and Skills Levy account to pay for eligible apprenticeship training.
