We offer a range of training programmes designed to meet the needs of local engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance businesses. As these courses are not apprenticeships, they are delivered on a commercial basis and are funded by either the employer or the individual learner.
Our training helps businesses address skills gaps, provide essential workforce development, and support continuing professional development (CPD). Courses are also suitable for individuals looking to enhance their existing skills, gain new qualifications, or progress their careers within the industry.
AWAY FROM THE WORK PLACE
Our HNC course is for people employed within Engineering companies and as such, is taught in person at our Academy in Bicester, with a particular focus on application into the workplace. It will develop learners’ knowledge within a variety of engineering fields, vital for their role and progression within their employment.
IN THE WORK PLACE
NVQ training is delivered primarily in the workplace, where learners develop their skills and knowledge through real job activities under the guidance of experienced colleagues. This practical learning is supported by directed study and coaching provided by ETT.
